Privacy Statement for OCP International Partnership

The purpose of this OCP International Partnership Association, Inc. (“OCP-IP”) privacy statement is to inform you, among other things, as to what information may be collected from you while you visit our site, how such information may be used by OCP-IP, with whom such information may be shared, your choices regarding the collection of such information, your ability to edit, update, correct or delete such information and the security procedures that we have implemented to protect your privacy. At OCP-IP we are firmly committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by www.ocpip.org and not by any other Web sites.

Registration
All visitors to the OCP-IP Web site (the “OCP-IP Site”) will be required to complete a brief registration form during their initial visit to the OCP-IP Site. The registration form will require a user’s name, e-mail address, phone number and name of employer, if applicable. The OCP-IP Site is separated into two sections: one section that is open to all users and a second section that is limited to Members only. In order to access the Members only section, a user must join OCP-IP by completing the Membership Application, executing all membership agreements referenced therein, and paying a membership fee (see Membership Application section below). Personal information collected on Membership Applications will be used in the manner discussed below.

IP Address
Your IP address will be used to help diagnose problems with our server, to generally administer the OCP-IP Site and to gather broad demographic information of visitors to the OCP-IP Site.

Membership Application
OCP-IP’s Membership Application requires users to provide certain contact information and demographic information including name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and zip code. By completing the Membership Application, providing the information requested and executing the Membership Agreement and all related documents, a user agrees to be bound by the terms of certain organizational documents of OCP-IP as well as the Membership Agreement itself. Additionally, Members may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Use of Contact Information
Once an Application is accepted and membership dues have been paid, contact information originally provided on the Membership Application will be used to send Members information about and updates on OCP-IP and the Open Core Protocol Specification (the “OCP-IP Specification”). Names and e-mail addresses of Members will be made available to other Members in a contact list format in a designated password-protected area of the OCP-IP Site in order to facilitate communication between industry players. Members may, however, opt-out of having their information placed on the contact list and may decline the receipt of future mailings from OCP-IP by following the procedures set forth in the Choice/Opt-Out section below. Other than the names and e-mail addresses provided in the designated password-protected area of the OCP-IP Site, contact and other personal information of Members and users will not be made available to third parties other than as specifically set forth below and will be accessed only by OCP-IP and its web-administration partner, for OCP-IP related purposes.

Membership List
At OCP-IP we value the privacy of our Members and our users. We assure you that as a Member or even a casual visitor, none of the information we gather from you will be sold, shared, exchanged, released, distributed or otherwise provided to any third parties. While names and e-mail addresses of Members will be provided in a password protected area of the OCP-IP Site that can be accessed only by other Members, if you do not feel comfortable with your information being made available, you may choose to have it removed from display (see Choice/Opt-Out section below).
