OCP-IP Announces Six New Members
PORTLAND, OR — December 5, 2006 — Open Core Protocol
International Partnership (OCP-IP) today announced six new members: AerieLogic,
Arasan, Inicore, Motorola, Regulus, and Silicon Valley PA, Inc. (SVPA). The
breadth of technologies represented by the new members illustrates the combined
industry-wide acceptance and adoption of the OCP standard.
AerieLogic
is a French-based formal verification company created in August 2005 by a team
with significant experience and research in formal verification and
assertion-based verification (ABV). They offer robust state-of-the-art OEM
products for integration by third-party EDA or CAD companies. AerieLogic's
formal verification products include imPROVE-HPK/HDL and the (OCP) Hardware
Protocol Kit. The company also provides services in the domain of ABV.
AerieLogic's ABV tools help design teams verify designs and enable them to
enhance their design verification flows with an advanced assertion-based
methodology.
Arasan Chip Systems is a leading provider of reusable intellectual property
(IP) cores for the electronic design community offering an extensive portfolio
of mobile storage and connectivity IP. The company provides high quality, cost
effective, technology-independent, reusable IP cores and associated design
services to computer, consumer, communications, medical/industrial, aerospace
